Biography

Pan Lei is an associate chief physician and master's supervisor in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital. She graduated in 2007 from the Zhejiang University School of Medicine with a major in Clinical Medicine (seven-year program) and obtained a master's degree. She specializes in the comprehensive treatment of hemangiomas and vascular malformations, photodynamic therapy for port-wine stains, female intimate plastic surgery and repair, comprehensive scar treatment, surgical treatment of skin tumors, aesthetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery, and injectable aesthetic treatments.

She has pursued further study in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and at the Amsterdam Medical Center in the Netherlands, and has developed a systematic diagnostic and treatment protocol in the field of infantile hemangioma treatment. She has produced fruitful academic results and has participated in compiling professional works such as Injection Aesthetic and Plastic Techniques, A Compendium of Plastic Surgery Terminology, Understanding Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, and Training Textbook for Medical Aesthetics Attending Physicians in Zhejiang Province.

She serves as a Standing Committee Member of the Laser Medicine Branch of the Zhejiang Medical Association
and as Secretary of the Repair and Reconstruction Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Rehabilitation Medical Association, among other social appointments.
